Everything to do with an order belongs with the seller. We are an independently published guide: no order records, no visibility of shipments, no ability to process a refund.
Their contact route is on your order confirmation and at the checkout. The published guarantee is claimed by email, so keep a copy of whatever you send and note the date. Raise a refund early rather than close to the sixty-day mark.
Corrections to this site
If something here is wrong, tell us and we will look again. One contribution would be worth more than any other: a readable photograph of the Supplement Facts panel from a bottle you have received. Almost every open question on this site exists because that panel is not published, and a single image would close most of them.

Allergen questions belong with the manufacturer
We cannot answer allergen questions here and it would be irresponsible to try. The published page is inconsistent about whether the formula contains grape seed or grapefruit seed extract, and no ingredient amounts are given at all. If you have a citrus allergy, or take any medication where grapefruit is a stated concern, ask the manufacturer for written confirmation before taking anything.
Symptoms worth seeing a doctor about rather than supplementing
- Excessive thirst, or urinating far more often than usual
- Unexplained weight loss
- Persistent tiredness that rest does not fix
- Blurred vision
- Cuts or sores that heal slowly, or repeated infections
- Numbness, tingling or burning in the hands or feet
- Home readings consistently outside the range your care team gave you
- Any symptoms of low blood sugar if you take glucose-lowering medication
Several of those can indicate diabetes that has not been diagnosed, or blood glucose that is not adequately controlled. Both are far better addressed early — complications develop over years and often without symptoms until they are advanced.
Questions about your medicines
This is the one we would most like people to act on. Take the bottle, or a photograph of its panel, to any pharmacy counter along with a list of everything you take. Berberine, Gymnema and chromium may all affect blood glucose, and berberine additionally affects how your body processes many unrelated medicines. The review is free and takes minutes.
